I used Agarwal packers and movers for shifting my house hold from Ghaziabad to Bangalore, at Bangalore when i received my house holds most of the furniture was damaged badly. I was told to repair all the furniture in original condition or we will compensate in case if the repair is not up to the satisfaction level. Since that day i only received assurance and excuses on following up. I have called more than 100 times to customer care and some direct contacts, and also send some e-mails. I never received reply on my mail. After couple of months follow up still the problem is unsolved. I paid heavy fee and insurance by Agarwal packers and movers without any negotiation only trusting by name that my good will safe. I am feeling like cheated by this company. This is my last hope to take this case in Consumer forum.

NR 58225. paid for house hold shifting including 3% interest to Agarwal Packers. Description of goods: Wooden Double bed, Wooden Sofa set, Wooden Dressing unit. Cost of damage: Rs. 37,000/- as per the value of goods declared on which insurance paid. Rs.207500- was the full value on which 3% insurance paid. After communication with their team i was assured that will fix all your furniture in original condition or if we failed we will give you compensation. After so long follow ups few person came and try to fix up the furniture but they could not fixed it up and left the work uncompleted in mid way
