Please note that total 65 nos. of Goods Package despatched on dated 18.04.2015 from my residence at Dibrugarh, Assam to Cochin, Kerala, through M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers, Tinisukia, Assam Division vide GCN No.- TNSK000237, with 100 % advance payment of Rs. 80,000/-. The above consignment receipt on dated 05.05.2015 at my residence at Cochin, Kerala, but Package No. 54 containing my valuable clothes is not delivered by M/s Agarwal Packers and Movers, Cochin Division. Though matter is informed to various authorities of M/s Agarwal Packers & Movers at Tinisukia, Kolkata, Bangalore, Cochin Division and New Delhi, still there is no proper response. Either party should deliver my Package No. 54 or give me compensation of Rs. 20000/-. Delivery of missing package no. 54 is preferable.
