Complainant availed Agarwal Packers and Movers services to move our House hold goods from Gandhinagar (Gujrat) to Gurgaon (Haryana). Main points as below; 1) To deliver goods in 1 days time. 2) Packing & Unpacking services 3) Goods to be delivered in undamaged, fit, safe and sound condition. 4) Complainant had asked for insurance for complete coverage. Goods were insured by Packers & Movers.

Complainant seeking relief; 1) Extra/addtional expenditure incurred to longer stay in Hotel beacuse of delay in delivery of goods. 2) Labour cost incurred for unpacking of goods. 3)Cost incurred in fixing /repairing of damaged goods. 4) and the relief which forum / court may find fit proper.
