We had planned shifting of our house on 16 May 2015 for which we gave advance and fixed Agarwal Domestic Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd. We also paid advance of 1000/- Rs. On 16 May 2015, when we called on number 902167ccc, the person started saying rudely your material to be lifted is more and we cannot do it in 7500. We requested them that we have a plan of today and your person had visited our home and has seen the material which is marked on your bill which is given to us. Additional to that the person who was talking started insulting and said we will not return your 1000 rs. as well and do whatever you can do.

We had to hire new agency for this very quickly as it was the weekend and we had to finish shifting within that. We would like to have that amount refunded from Mr. Agarwal for the bad service and arrogant behavior. The amount would be 15000 Rs.
