To move my household items, I called up at Just dial website to get the number of Agrawal Packers and Movers and for other agencies who operate at Shri Ganganagar Locations. In return I got few calls from movers and packers along with the call from Agrawal Packers and Movers. Mr. Mahesh Sharma sent me a quotations saying that he is from Agrawal Packers and Movers, which I approved and gave him the contract. Since Agrawal Packers and Movers is a big name and operates almost all over India so in good faith I gave the contract to Mr. Mahesh Sharma. Unfortunately we did not notice that the quotation was from Agrawal Movers and Packers and gave him the contract. It is only now that we are realizing that we have been duped and Mr. Mahesh Sharma has used the goodwill of Agrawal Packers and Movers to commit a fraud. While confirming the offer it was decided that instead of Rs.90100/- we will pay Rs.85000/- which included Packing, loading, transportation, unpacking and insurance cost and Service Tax was extra. It was agreed that 50% will be paid as advance in cash and rest will be paid deposited in their bank a/c. No.149105000148 in ICICI Banks or will be paid on destination i.e. To-pay basis. Accordingly LR has been issued. The LR No. Is. 251 dated 30/04/2014. While they were packing the house hold items I noticed that they were not using the Corrugated Boxes which should have Agrawal packers and movers logo on it. When I asked the person Mr. Roshan (Mob: 07891353xxx) who has come to pack the items that why you are not using the packing material which should have logo of Agrawal Packers and Movers, he replied that they have come in hurry and material had been arranged locally through another agency. The packing material was not as per the need and then I had to buy a few items from my own pockets for approx Rs.1500/- . They were also not having the proper team and took almost three days to pack the things due to which I had to

I want to know the status of my Household Items. All my losses should be born by the movers and packers. I also should get compensation for harassment.
