Model No. of HITACHI AC: I clean Date of Purchase: 25.05.2012 Name of the dealer purchased: Ashoka traders Complain: Troubling since last 06 months more than 20 complaints at their call center and at mail id has been sent since March, 2013. Service rep comes earliest in 2 days to latest at 10 days. After their visit, AC works fine just for 5-7 days. again, it faces either the same or different problem. These problems started from 9th month onward. AC till then was used only for 3 months (June-August) of 2012. Its guarantee is also over now from end May, 2013 Now, for every visit, Hitachi is charging Rs. 650 plus and yet has not been able to resolve the problem Despite so many mails and requests, the above unit is not being replaced by the company on its cost. please do the needful and have it replaced from Hitachi Regards Ashish Bharadwaj
