Bajaj Auto – Loss of Free Service

Please find attached the scanned image of the service book. You can very clearly see that 2nd Free Service was denied to me in August months and therefore I had to be content with directly the 3rd free service. It happened because as per the printing for 2nd free service, it mentions that it can be availed after 4500-5000 kms. or 240 days. Therefore since I had purchased the vehiccle in December 2011, I approached the saniya Bajaj showroom for 2nd free servicing in August 2012 i.e. after 240 days as I had not clicked 4500-5000 kms. The showroom denied me the 2nd free service claiming that after 240 days I was eligible for the 3rd free service and it was misprint by Bajaj company. You are requested to peruse the details given by me and give my 2nd free service without delay.

Free service along with suitable monetary compensation for mental harassment.
