Hi, I am a passenger who flew from India boarding Air India Flight AI 131 from Mumabi to London on 29 Dec 2014. This flight got delayed by 2:30 hours.Hence I missed my connection from London to Toronto (i.e. Flight AC 849, on 29 Dec 2014). Later on, Air India guys rebooked a ticket for me on 1st of Jan 2015 delaying my Journey by 3 days. I travelled on Air Canada flight AC 857 to finally reach my destination. I hereby make a request to compensate me for the delay and inconveniences caused . I intend take up this matter to higher authorities in case the compensations are not provided for.. Regards AJAI

I demand that Air India become sensible to Consumers Needs and compensate when they fail.
