I have booked from Hyderabad to Pune and back on 19th and 20th Dec 2013 respectively through Air India Portal. I have done this booking on 17th Dec 2013 and cancelled the same on 18th Dec 2013. My PNR No. is JTYVG, Web reference no is AIBE10603942 and ticket no is 0982108403167. I did not get any refund till date even after one month. I have mailed Air India for 3 times till know. I want my cancellation money at the earliest.
