My Name is Amit Dubey and i have done the booking via AIR INDIA from Ranchi to Delhi at (AIR 810, PNR-Y1TLM ) and it has scheduled departure(3.20 PM from RANCHI) and arrival at 5.10 PM at delhi airport. I have another connecting flight from Same airline -AIR INDIA with same PNR(Y1TLM) from “DELHI TO PUNE” and its scheduled departure is 6:50 PM(from Delhi ) but just one day before(28th Feb 2015) AIR INDIA has sent me message and saying that my flight from “DELHI TO PUNE” has been rescheduled at 16:40 pm on 1st March 2015 . It means definitely i am going to miss my “DELHI TO PUNE” FLIGHT (AIRINDIA AI 853) on 1st March. When i called to their customer care number (18001801407) then one agent has picked my call and told me that AIR INDIA has rescheduled their flight (AIRINDIA AI 853) from 6:50 PM to 16:40 PM . Call centre agent has confirmed that there is no other flight after 16:40 pm (from delhi to pune) and he(AIR INDIA ) is not ready to give any relief to me in terms of booking another flight on same day (from any other airline also). Call centre person asked me that i should make the enquiry at DELHI AIRPORT at AIR INDIA Counter. This is the second time that i have very bad experience with AIR INDIA . AIR INDIA has make this habit of cancellation/rescheduled of flight for any such shit reason. I have experience that the same flight (AI 853) that is flying on Sunday (From DELHI TO PUNE) is always going to rescheduled / cancel (Departure time 18:50PM )

I am going to miss my very important meeting on Monday (if i could not reach PUNE ON monday 2nd Mar 2015). I am going to miss my very exciting business opportunity (of worth $38,016== $18 *8*22*12 ). I believe if i am going to miss this opportunity because of delay in client meeting then AIR INDIA (AI 853) is whole and sole responsible for this.

i just need another flight on same day(1st March 2015) from AIR INDIA to compensate my business loss or else please provide me this huge business loss.I can’t disclose the client name because of business sensitivity and Breach of conduct
