I got a call from SHINING YOUR CAREER.COM on 29th Dec 2014 for providing interview call from the companies they are TIED up with, against which they asked me to pay some registration fees, when asked about amount they didn’t disclose it to me and asked me to go through registration process on their website which ended when I have paid almost 26000 Rs (approx Twenty six thousand Rupees),all the payments are made through credit card online. At the time of registration they committed me, 1. Interview calls as per my requirement from companies they are tied up with. 2. 30-35 % hike in salary. I got job alerts from Shining your career.com on which I had applied but did not get any interview call as committed by them during registration process. Later on I mailed them query for not receiving interview call, they called me back only to tell me that they do not have tie ups with any company and they have not committed to provide any interview call. Also at the time of registration I was told that the jobs they provide are not available in open markets rather they are hidden jobs, which lately came to my understanding is not the case. So I asked them to refund my total amount I paid during registration as they were not able to provide services as committed at the time of registration, after that they are not responding at all, not picking up calls & reverting back on mails

Through this portal I want to place complaint for full refund of amount at the time of registration, and along with I want to claim Rs 1 Lac over and above for harassing and cheating me. I have got mobile call recordings for all the call made by them to me and vice versa, which will prove all the above said, which can be provided when required. The call recordings gives clear idea of what they commited at the time of registration and their denial later on.
