(Membership no- 135020710) I made a Business travel to new york before 6 months( April and May ’13) but unfortunately i was not aware of the bonus miles so could not redeem them at time , now these people say that i am not entitled as the time has passed,but my point is that if you haven’t informed me at the first place when i brought the tickets then i should get it at the time i will get to know.
i just want my bonus miles which rightfully belong to me.
