My GSM No was barred by Reliance and was without my no. for 10 to 15 day and after that they are giving be CDMA no. so for this poor service i made a loss in my business and have spend lot of money,time,energy to get this GSM no. but have not got till now from 13.12.13
My Nokia Lumia GSM phone is being unused for last 1 month . i have lost nearby 2 lac of business in that 10-15 days without my no. You can see my billing history of last 1&1/2 year I am in 399 plain and my monthly average usage is Rs.1200 to Rs1400. So all of my business transaction is over phone. One party of mine have blocked one invoice amount as i was not reachable over phone on that time when he have the amount & now he is saying he will not pay the bill amount as funds are no more. I have visited 3-4 time your office in Nugambakam Chennai but was not given any resolution on it. I need to leave my office work and need to come from Madhavaram to Nugambakkam which is 15- 20 km was a waste and which have a cost . Also have visited Bagri Infocom mint street 2-4 time and result was same. I have got a hilarious service from Maken ,Shyama ,Tulsi, Anil, Kishore & Mrs. Venkateswari Arumugham of Reliance and they treated me like anything. I have also given Rs.300 to Bagri Infocom while taking connection of GSM but there is no update on that also. As said earlier to your representative that there is a marriage function going on in my family and i need to communicate with my relative and arrange all thing for that event even that was ignored and till now i am getting pain for that. So it my final request to you to resolve these all problem and pay my losses of Rs.4, 00,000/- which i made for your poor service.
