I lodged three complaints regarding services of Air India on their website during 30 Dec 12 – 01 Jan 13. The web reference nos of the complaints are WB-DCOK301212004, WB-DBOM301212005 and WB-DBOM010113021. I am yet to get any satisfactory response on all these complaints. All these complaints relate to delays in flight schedules, non availability of booked meals, and specific instances of indifferent behaviour by airline staff. I wish to report the delayed departure of the following flights that I traveled between 28 Oct 12 – 30 Dec 12:- AI651-Mumbai to Visag – 28 Oct – Late by 1 hr at Mumbai AI651 – Visag to Mumbai – 03 Nov – Late by 1 hr at Visag AI681 – Mumbai to Kochi – 04 Nov – Late by 50 min at Mumbai AI 055 – Kochi to Mumbai – 29 Dec – Late by 2 hrs at Kochi AI 651 – Mumbai to Visag – 30 Dec – Late by 1 hr at Mumbai. It is seen that almost all flights of Air India originate late from Mumbai airport. You may like to verify this. This menace is primarily due to the laxity shown by the staff of the airline. I request you to look into the specific nature of the complaint as described above and take immediate corrective measures at the earliest. Thanking you, Varghese Olikal
