I had booked the return trip flight tickets through this site, but later i wanted to reschedule my onward journey flight so they told me to pay the a reschedule fees and differential fare for which i paid as soon as i received the booking reference number as soon as i made all the payments as agreed. I got another call from them saying that i did not pay the amount in “30 mins” so there is change in air fare (which infact i had paid in 10 mins and they acknowledged me the same in 30 mins as mentioned by the reschedule payment confirmation page) , and soon i checked on there website during the conversation there was no change in the fare. But the executive was adamant that sir you were late so you have to pay an extra amount of Rs. 2000. Already i had paid previously Rs. 4000 but at that moment no one said sir there can be change in fare and the fun was that when i paid Rs. 4000 they gave me thank you call saying you will receive the rescheduled itinerary or ticket in 30 mins. Now they are saying to pay more or forget it. This just a harassment caused to the customer. Also i want AIR INDIA to be the part ot default as i called them also but they kep my call on waiting for more than an hour.
I need a compensation for the damage of reputation as the executive were very rude and also the mental harassment was caused to me. I need a compensation for the same.
