I have flight ticket Air India from Mumbai to Calicut for 17 December 2014. The ticket details are: Number E tkt 0985856041749, Flight AI 657. the scheduled departure of flight was 10 am and as per the schedule the latest check in time was 9.15am. I reached the counter at 9.am. as i noticed the queue is a pretty bigger i went to the counter straight for the check in. the executive on duty there but told me that there is no need for panic here and i can very much get the check in done on time and he asked me to wait. as the responsible staff asked, i waited. as they did not call me till 9.15 i approached the counter again. their response made me upset. they told me that am late and i am not allowed to check in then. i am shocked hearing this irresponsible approach of the person concerned. although i put to present i was helpless in the authorities adamant and irresponsible act. i denied traveling although i reached in time for the check in because of the irresponsible acts of the executives concerned.
1. my lose of money (ticket fare) to be refunded. (Rs. 10,417) 2. my lose of time to be compensated. (Rs. 5000) 3. my lose of energy to be compensated. (Rs. 1000) 4. my lose of work that to be done if i had reached as scheduled to be compensated. (RS 5000) 5. i have to be compensated for the mental trauma i was put in. (Rs. 1000) 6. i have to get compensation for the physical pain and damage i suffered. (Rs. 1000) 7. i need to be compensated for the anxiety and tress my family and myself undergone. (Rs. 1000) 8. i should be compensated for unable to keep my word to many people as i was not physically able to meet people in Calicut on time. (Rs. 1000) TOTAL – Rs. 25,417
