How Flipkart Delivered Wrong Product Twice ?

Flipcart The original order was placed on 2nd Nov for two phone cases.The same was delivered with wrong products. On calling the customer service they were ignorant and talked rudely. A replacement order was initiated by me for the same, that also got delivered with the wrong products. After complaining for the same again they called me to rectify it. The executive called me 4-5 times and didn’t utter a word. I am a working professional and it caused real trouble in my office as it was my working time. After facing so much trouble the product was taken by the company. The refund was initiated after calling them n number of times. Again using the same money I ordered a clock. The same clock was then delivered to a wrong person and the brand refused take any blame on themselves. After making repeated calls and telling this whole story on twitter they called me. Without even asking or taking my consent they initiated a refund. I wanted that product which I ordered, waited for it and they are now refunding the money. Since 2nd november I’m just placing order, initiating returns, waiting for refunds and making calls to the company.

I want a Public apology and monetary compensation for all the harassment not less than 30000, as I could have lost my job because of their behaviour and interruptions during my office hours.
