I have booked a Air ticket for my aunty (Padma Sridevi) with this online site on 14th, November 2014 & cancelled it on next day. They said refund would be given in 5-6 weeks. but still I didn’t receive the refund. Finally they are saying that, they cant give refund.
I booked ticket using credit card, Because of delayed refund, I have been paying financial charges & interest from the month of December 2014. Apart from that due to this MY credit rating has affected. I sent almost 30- 40 emails & made many calls.
I just want the refund amount of 55655/- & financial charges, interest I paid to bank just because of this delay refund.
