Air tickets India (P) Ltd – Refund not process poor response

I had booked the air ticket on 21-Apr-14 from Mumbai to Delhi for 22-Apr-14, through HDFC’s Internet banking for Rs. 5021.00. The amount got deducted from the account but no ticket got confirmed. I talked to customer care executive she confirmed that amount is being received by the company but there is no flight available against which the amount is deducted. So we will issue the ticket for another flight but you have to pay more for that. When I said that I will not pay and do not want to continue the business with you, and asked for the complete refund she told me that they will process the refund in 3 to 4 day. I told her that since I want the immediate returns than she confirmed me that she will immediatly send an email for asking account no and bank details to process refund by day end. But till date neither any email or any other communication is done by the company nor my refund is processed.

following are the damages that are faced. 1. I had to spend another amount to get a fresh booking and even though my wife was admitted and i was in need of money. I had to take the help of my Brother in law to get the ticket booked which is not good. 2. I lost INR 5021.00 which is the booking amount 3. I lost the interest on this amount 4. I have to pay Rs.1563.00 more to get the ticket
