Aircel Activated Internet Plan without Permission – NO Customer Care

Hi Aircel,

I am Dr. Mrs. Neha user of your 72987692XX number in Jammu and it was unfortunate to realize that amount of 10 Paise was automatically deducting from my account every 5 mins from Past few weeks. I never called your customer care for request to activate such services. I presume Aircel division would have deducted approx. 200 – 220 RS till now owing to same internet services which I never requested from Aircel.

Also, a feedback to you is it is very difficult to contact your CUSTOMER CARE service on 198 and 121. I kept listening to options and responded accordingly but option of talking to customer care never came. It was today only when after 1 hours my husband managed to speak to your customer care but no one was willing to provide him complaint number pertaining to this complaint.

As a User, I request you to please consolidate my account and reimburse me my amount which you have deducted on name of providing Internet service which I never requested to your customer care.
