I want to say that I recharged of Rs 110/- on my phone (NO :- 09716875xxx) (AIRCEL DELHI NCR) (2014-12-15 21:04:31)through your app. But I didn’t get balance till now and my order summary showing that recharge is done. and when I talk to aircel customer care they reply me that no recharge is done on that time on my phone. So I request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible otherwise i’ll go to other serious action because i am already suffering from this issue from other account on paytm.

I want that they refund my deducted amount and 50/- compensation because of their irregularity and not attention on customer’s care
