Aircel – Balance deduction no response

Sir, Iam usiong Aircel mobile services from last 3-4 months and i found satisfactory with there products and tariffs in earlier, after they said in a massage that aircel to aircel 1 local number is free for 180 days, and i activated the servies and after someday they used to charge for the same number, even though i din’t bother and i continued using the services, after daily lack of massages and phone calls from customer care, even they dont have an optione to activate DND service, and they finally deducting my balance when ever i recharged my mobile number, in the form of some services activated by me, they will send only massage that the service has been renewed and charges 60 rupees, every time, and also a massage that to deactivate service dial some XXX number, when iam trying to deactivate the service through IVR number provided by them it is responding that no services are activated to my number. I am trying to reach them from lonmg time but no response is there from there side, 121 (Customer care) it is only a IVR service and no executive will respond from any source, finally i dialled from another number to Mobile Number Portability then a lady (Swathi) executive responded and and kept my phone aside for 30 minutes, i rang up for local office (Begumpet) the receptionist replied in a rude way, and provided a number which is always in an another call, almost 3 days later i am placing a complaint against them, even i emailed today them but no response from their side

Refund my deducted amount and explanation from executive for wasting my valuable time.
