I have a recharge of Rs 200 from my city chittaranjan( mazumdar telecom), amladahi market,pin 713365,dist burdwan. which i got a talk time of Rs 220 on 29th September 2014, from this amount i made a recharge, and deducted the amount of Rs.199 on 30th September. on 12:07 am. Aircel cut deducted rs 199(used code), but they can’t gave me the talk time of 3 lakh seconds( which is mentioned in ussd code), and a net of 199 mb.i gave complain to the customer care. they take my complain two times with complain number 1-16988o50985,1-17024282983,tjey accepted and agreed with my problem by checking their updated system today is 11-10-2014, and till now they didn’t give any kind of response and didn’t refund my money,and misbehave with me very badly. and i am a regular customer for them.

i want to know where is my money? why they didn’t response to me? why they misbehave to me,as they agreed with my complain? please take necessary action as soon as possible. i shall be high oblige to you
