Every time after recharge the reduce my main balance and give me message “Thanks for using Aircel service” but i have not use any type of services which reduce my main balance. when i called the customer service they misbehave with me and forcefully told me that this reduction is only for using aircel service.

they reduce my main balance 3 times by 5 rupees. 3*5=15 . but this is not about the money. this is the matter of believe.
