Aircel – Bill Generation even after Account Deactivation

I deactivated my aircel number 7503440xxx on Dec 5, 2013. However, I am still getting bills from Aircel. For deactivation I cleared all the dues and in fact paid for 7 extra days as told to me by their customer care executive. But they have continued to send me bills every month even though i have continuously informed them about the deactivation. Post Dec 5, I have never used the number post deactivation.

I want a letter of Unconditional Apology from the company apart from whatever expenses i incur to deal with this issue. I would also appreciate if they are made to pay the same amount as mentioned on the fake bill sent to me (1316/-).
