Sir,on 04/08/13 i recharged Aircel Rate Cuter 37 where on net call @ 1.2p/3sec,off-net call @1.2p/2sec & 1st min of the 1st call for the day chargeable @1p/s.but my 1st off-net local call charged as @1.5p/sec & on net local call charged as @ 1.2/2sec in every time of a day(its may be 1st call or 2nd,3rd……).I many times call 198,to register a complaint but all time they dis-agree to register a complaint & every times said that all charges are Right.I 2-3times mailed their Appellate Authority,but result is same.I have given some data(like call duration,call cost,call time,call duration etc)in my support,but no positive result given till now.So,i want a strong action against Aircel.Thanks

I want to back all additional charges for this.
