Dear Sir, I am an Aircel subscriber since a very long time for New Delhi circle. Currently I am at Ranchi for three months. I always use Rs. 39 roaming free recharge and it works great for me for one month. I was quite happy with Aircel service but now this time its a very painful and horrible experience i got with the service. I have recharged with Rs. 99 online which includes Rs. 125 Local & STD Calls @ 1.2p/sec – valid for 30 days, BUT now I am not able to call with this balance. I also talked to your Cust Care Executive named as Mr. Nirmal & he was just providing me meaningless and silly excuses. He provided me complaint number and said that problem will be solved within 15 working days…WHAT????? are they serious???? How could thier service be so worse….My complaint no. is: 1-14402691901. All I need is resolution as soon as possible. I just dont know and just fed up with their service…I got msg two times that my complaint has been resolved but still problem is the same. they did not fix this issue and sent me msg that it has been fixed. I also talked to cust care executives 3-4 times about that but they put my call on hold for 10-15 minutes and then disconnected. Either they refund money, convert it into Top-up or credit it as main balance.
