Dear Sir/Ma’am, i was using Aircel Mobill no. 8802077007 from last 1 year, in my november bill company has sent me bill of 3754 rs, they charged a lot amount for internet access in roaming & they mentioned that used internet access was in vodafonegprs network, but i was in my home town there are axcellent network of Aircel, there are some points, which i would like to mention: 1. my credit limit was 1000 rs only, earlier whenever my credit limit went beyond 1000 company used to barred my services immidiately, then how it is possible to increase my bill till 3754/- 2. they barred my services on 7th of november & when i enquired about my unbilled balance from customer care then executive told me that ur unbilled amount is 601/- rs, 3. i inquired my unbilled amount on 4th november by sms then i got sms of rs 130/-, i have keeping that sms on my mobile. 4.other service issue was that i had visited aircel store 3 times & i sent around 40 emails on care.delhi@aircel.co.in for my address change & it took more then 1 month to change my address. 5. aircel recovery team is still harrasing me by call & email. above mentioned points are important points but most important point is 1st one in which i mentioned when my credit limit is 1000 then how can it go till 3754/- kindly do the needful on urgent basis.
