since purchase of phone on 21 July 2013 (with serial no.-911324100294364), it has gone unserviceable 4 times-2 times phone replacement and 2 times other unserviceable. It has been with service center more than 2 months till date.
Affecting economically and causing mental agony as total purpose of purchasing the phone is not fulfilled.
replace the phone with a new one with a fresh warranty period of one year or refund the purchasing price plus expenses incurred by me(Rs.50,000).
