Aircel CUG Not activated, Bill Raised

I took 6th Aircel CUG connection(98416-29xxx)in post paid on my name to talk free(calls are free within the CUG numbers of THE HINDU). But closed user group(CUG) activation not done by aircel when I opted the same at the time of CAF filling, for which I gave copy of my company ID card.Calls between this number and other 5 connections of mine were charged for all bills. There is no use of getting a non CUG post paid connection with same service provider when already 5 CUG connections are existing. I repeatedly mailed to customer care to include this number in group and resend the corrected bill.But there was no proper reply from customer care.So i reached Appellete cell(grievance cell of Aircel) asking not to cut the out going calls as I got sms to block out calls(I paid my first bill as it is and 2nd bill partially and HELD other 3 bills for CORRECTION/REWORK AND RESEND by suitably informed ahead not to disrupt the line).I told/mailed them as I can pay the bill charges only if connection is not disrupted since the billing errors is not solved by AIRCEL even after repeated mails from me.. After first disconnection (18/8/14)on crossing the limit of Rs500 talk value, I mailed them to increase the limit to Rs2000 and activate the line ,it was not done by them. But Corporate manager (Mr.ArulMurugan)of Aircel for THE HINDU immediately released the line. But out calls were barred again on 19/8/14,and out calls were barred till 20th noon.Finally I shot aircel appellete cell,then Ms.shanmugavalli called upon me and assured all will be solved along with restoration of line working and also I told her I will pay bill,once the corrected bills reaches me and I wont pay any money if myline is barred from out calls, she also agreed to that. .Even after this 2 times out calls were barred (10/9/14 and 22/10/14) Line was not usable by me , when there was a very urgent emergency situation at hospital. What is the use of a line when it goes off from working very often, and who will agree to pay for its erraneous function? Since 3 bills were wrong I held up payment for this 3.(paid first 2 bills- one fully and another partially). I got no reply and solution/or correction from aircel side.My 5 connections(98416-07072/3/4, 99419-06757,98414-90810) which i have been using since 2007 had no default even a single time till now.Even my last few bills were of the range of three thousands and I made payments on it well ahead of dead line. For a person who pays in thousands for phone bill per month, will it be a problem to pay in hundreds? Not making correction is whose problem even after my repeated mails to customer care of Aircel and dispute settling Appelatte cell (warning of holding payment till corrected bill is sent to me). I mailed numerous mails to aircel customer care and appellate cell after correction made by me with available data from the erroneous bills. They never considered my calculation of correction and not updated the same and kept sending wro

SO I need compensation of RS10000/- for making unnecessary tension, mental agony and for a unusable phone at an emergency situation because of AIRCELS fault.
