I had a data pack of 98 activated from last month. But due to low speed i wanted to deactivate the same. So at about afternoon 19th January I contacted to customer care exicutive. He told me that my data pack can not be deactivated due to some conditions (some billing cycle). He told me that i must use my data pack for next month upto 19th Feb and he too stressed me not to use data services because there ll be over charging on my no. Now I did as the cse told me to do. But after a few days the company barred my outgoing. As normally I paid my bill in advance to urbane my services. When nothing happened once again I contacted customer support they told me my number is barred due to high internet usage. But as I told that aircel customer made me eager to use the internet for next month. I did it for only two days. I have been in so tension for the days. I have been suffering so badly due to the wrong information. Even the company on contacting regularly asured me they ll call back me in 24 hrs. But all these were lies.
My number should be unbarred as soon as possible. The high internet usage bill must not be paid by me. The company must be fined to upto my sufferings will be chased & from next time they may not repeat it again.
