i have recharged with 198 pocket internet service pack on my no. 7504306xxx on 12-05-2014 which is valid for 30 days and after recharging i got the confirmation message also but after 2 days i.e on 14-05-2014 the net balance become zero and they deducted from my main balance without any notification. Upon contacting several times the customer care they are simply rejecting the call without any information.

activation of 1 month pocket internet, reimburse of main balance and 50000 as compensation
