In start of Feb 2014 I have registered request for broadband service to Hathway from their website. On 12th Feb 2014 their representative Kishor(+918600227xxx) came to home and took Rs. 1000/- as installation fees and Rs. 787/- towards monthly rental. Kishor promised to setup internet within 2-3 days. After that I have called lots of times to Kishor to setup broadband at home.But no internet connection was setup in more than 2 week. After some days he started to ignore me and didn’t even pick up my phones. This wasted my lot of time. Then on 22nd Feb 2014 I have complaint on their helpdesk email(helpdeskpune@hathway.net). Next day Hathway vendor came to home and setup internet, which started working since 26th Feb 2014. But after 4-5 days I started facing connectivity issues. First time when I complain then internet got worked in 2 days. But my internet was continuously giving me issues and not working. Even after complaining on their customer care phone number(020-30237700) and helpdesk email(helpdeskpune@hathway.net) lots of time they are still unavailable to provide me reliable internet solution. This is going from last 2 weeks. I have escalated this issues to higher authorities (Punenodal@hathway.net, mumappellate@hathway.net) also but even they are not helping in resolving issue. As they are not proving me internet I asked them to return me back my installation charge and monthly charge. But they didn’t replied on this.

Relief that I expect on the consequences that I have mentioned above 1. My installation charge of Rs. 1000/- 2. Monthly charge of Rs. 787/- 3. What ever you suggest suitable for relief but my expectations are amount equal to that I earn on working hours. 4. Amount that raised in phone bills. 5. What ever you suggest suitable for relief. 6.
