Samsung – phone gets switched off while using.

I bought samsung tab t 211 from Shreeji fones,in korum mall, thane west on 10th nov 2013.The phone is in warranty The phone had gone to service centre in dec 2013 for signal strength problem which was not resolved by service centre but was resolved by shreeji phone. on april 19th after software was updated by wifi the phone started getting off off while working. The phone was submitted to samsung micro service centre in hariniwas,they updated the software and returned back saying phone is ok now. The very next day phone got switched off while working and registered the complaint with Samsung ,hariniwas micro service centre. complaint no 4172313346 dtd 21st april 2014. Now they changed the hardwar-motherboard and informed me phone was working.The phone was returned to me after 5/6 days around 26/27th april 14. Again on 3rd may the phone got switched off while working.Again I took the phone to service centre,complaint no 4173057920 dtd 3rd may 2014. Now they said the problem is with battery.They changed the battery and informed phone is ok.I was reluctant to take the phone as i was sure the problem is something else with the phone but on request by Mr. Ashish,Mr.jeevan Of Shreeji phones and on giving me assurence that if again the problem happens they will change the phone I took the phone on 7th may from service centre. Next day again same problem. The tab was sent back on 8th may to service centre complaint no 4173409726 dtd 8th may 2014. They are not able to rectify the phone.Everytime they say it is ok and same problem is there. I cannot keep going to service centre every next day for the problem.They are just giving excuses all the time. I will appreciate them to change the Tab or pay me back for the phone so that i can get peace of mind.Iam strugling since 19th april with Samsung people and iam really very frustrated with this attitude towards customer.They are taking indian customers for granted.Can they behave in similar fashion with Europeon or USA customer? Do they want me to wear a video camera on my head and work on the phone to show them when it gets off?If they think we as customer are liar then why did they changed software,motherboard and battery?They know there is a problem and since they donot know what to do they are once again as before saying the phone is ok.
