Wrongly Charged Intenational Roaming Incoming Calls (Madagascar) , I recieved only 1 call there in Madagascar , but my bill shows more than 10 calls (total charges around Rs.800+) . These calls were never recieved by me while at Madagascar. I wrote to customer care for 3 times but not received any recitfication on the same.

Feeling mentally tortured . Financial damage would be Rs.1000 (incl. TAX).

Rectification on bill immediately and apology letter. Also , consumer forum should look into penalising the service provider as well.
