On 7th July onwards (up to 15th July) Company sent me an offer SMS that “Free 250 MB 2G/3G Internet has been credited to your Account, Valid Till 15- July.Enjoy your free internet.Dial*126*6# To check your Internet balance”.At this time I was in roaming,So I called 2 to 3 times to customer care to get conformation that, I can use this offer at roaming or not.Every time they reply Yes.But when I used on *th & 9 th July 2013, Rs- 160 deducted from my account.On 10th July I raised complaint to costumer care, Ref No-1-13242259871 and again reopened on 14th and Closed on 15th July 2013.After that they replied So many Reply to me for not refund my amount.Now I want get back my money otherwise let me know my guilty, for which I lost the money.
