AIRCEL is suddenly activated some unwanted offers without information. on 14th May,15 I have received a blank call in my number(7278729337) and after that I received a msg by informing that the co. charged Rs. 15 for Caller tune. then i call in 198 and inform the authority, like every time they informed me “server is down so call after 2hr.” after that i have tried several time bt the call is blocked. Then I called from another aircel no, and complaint with a lady representative. She told me that the caller tune will be stopped after 12 and i will get back my money. The CT has been stopped but no amount refunded. I again called from another number due to the same blockage. The representative inform me “no money will be refunded & my number is block due to my misbehavior.” this is not 1st time, I have face the same problem in past. is it wrong to claim my money back with loud voice?

I need my money back and please take necessary steps to stop the stealing like charging penalty and so on
