Sir this is to bring to your kind notice that the CC was taken in the Year 2010 with a Limit of INR 134,000 in HDFC Bank after paying every month till Nov 2014 the bank has sent me a Outstanding of INR 118,000/- through their Lawyer that too when the complaint which was raised to their Higher Authority which still remains unsolved. I have been requesting them for the statement since 1 Month and the same has not come to me. There is a case of here the Sales Rep of the Bank has promised me 18% pa on reducing balance and as per the Info that the Higher Author has given me I was being charged 3.5 % pm also 1.5% as Finance Charges also Late Payment fees which I was totally unaware and nobody has informed me.

I want the bank to charge me 18% pa on reducing balance as per the promise made by the Sales Rep also waive of my Late Payment fees and Finance charges which was never informed by the Bank. I would request the bank to pay me whatever extra I have paid to them on immediate basis.
