I ,Prabha ,(9738165875) from karnataka using aircel since four months and now deeply ashamed of your services.I automatically got the booster renewed for 98 Rs,where i already am using 198 Rs unlimited pack.Also,I tried Connecting to aircel people through 121.But it was of no use asusual.I want my money back else i am in no mood to keep this service. Aircel Service is becoming too poor in karnataka.No proper customer Services.No proper information on website when tried checking for deactivation also.I want you to give my money as no one will ever subscribe to 98 pack when i already have 198 rs booster.I clearly told customer care representative to deactivate the service.It is entirely their fault.Thanks
