Dear Sir My Aircel Prepaid number is 8896858xxx (UP East). My prepaid account balance is before deduction(Date 01.06.2015) Rs. 21.33. And after deduction my balance is Rs. 00.33, no any type of VAS(Value Added Service)is activated by me or any other mode but received a sms by Aircel company that any jyotish ***** like that service is active in my prepaid number and renewal of this service. Never before deduct any charge for above service then why deduct renewal charge?

I want stop unfair deduction of my account and refund my deduct balance please
