Sir / Madam, My Aircel mobile no. is “9858CC9956”. On last Saturday i have called on customer care to deactivate the Music online service on this number. They told me that we have forwarded the request and service will deactivate within next 24 hrs. Today morning I have recharged for Rs. 50 and again Rs 30 has been deducted automatically from my balance on this number, may be that service has not been deactivated yet. So, please deactivate all service’s on this number. Hope you will do the needful as soon as possible.
