Aircel Mobile Balance Deduction Scam

Dear Sir/Mam

Balance of Rs 30 was deducted from my Aircel No. (8507XX7205) main balance on 15th June 2015 at approx 10:47pm with the message

” Thank you for choosing Video Talkies 30 at Rs.30.0. You have been charged Rs.30.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe SMS STOP to 155223.”

I had immediately contacted Aircel Customer Care on (198) to request for lodging complaint for refund as I did not activate the VAS, it was an automatic activation. Aircel Customer Care Executive assured me that complaint has been registered and issue would be resolved and refund would be made within 24hrs, and on demanding for the Complaint No. I was told that would be sent to me through SMS.

Till now I have received no such sms or complaint no. nor any refund has been made and I am doubtful and unsure about whether the complaint has been registered or not. What is more surprising is that, since then my call is not reaching any Customer Care Executive (198), tried calling for an hour continuously and got the computerized message that “All our customer care executives are busy with call, try again later”.

I here by request you to kindly check whether any complaint has been registered on my No. or not, if a complaint has already been registered I request for the complaint number and if no complaint has been registered, I request for registration of complaint for refund and also send me the complaint no.

I also want to stop immediately automatic activation of any VAS on my no. This is the third time in a series an Automatic Activation has taken place and it very inconvenient to file complaint for refund the every other day. This unfair practice should be stopped immediately.

My aircel number 8802560960 Balance deduct rs 99 Aircel deduct my balance and install service without my permission and confirmation And also refuse not to register my complaint
