I’d liek to bring to your notice the unusual balance deduction of Rs.94.40 by Aircel Mobile Services. When I Call customer care they said your balance was deducted because of your 3G Data Transfer and disconnect the call, I tried many times. But I already have data plan with validity till 27th Dec 2013 and 700+ MB of data is remaining. This is not the first time they always deduct balance because of no valid reason. I complain this not for 94.40 Rs but this is not done, in India most of the service provider deduct balance for unusual reason. There must be a strict rule for this.

I demand refund my amount but more importantly there must be a strict rule for this.
