Aircel Mobile Network Poor QoS

dear sir, this is my painful duty to inform you that last 3 day i can,t use my aircel facility properly. But my prepaid recharge period is not finished . i have 3 connection from aircel and i am a oldest reliable customer of this concern. my aircel no is : 7998323739 , last 3 days i am suffering a huge problem in network. i can,t call any where , during call season many abnormal sound coming which is total damage my conversation also i have 1gb 3G data /D ,but i unable use 1 kb of data in last 3 day because network speed can not up more then 12kbps . i am registering complacent to 198 but they are approaching me please call after 2 hoer after that my number is cant connect to customer care help line (198). THIS IS SO HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE BETWEEN LAST 10 YEARS. In this case i mail in detail about my problem and my hope is now i am out of this situation as soon as possible .
