Aircel – mobile no permanently disconnected

My name is SUJEET KUMAR. My mobile number is 8285803xxx. I have recharged this number on 30-10-2013 for Rs 50(This number was working well on that time). Just after recharge my number was barred.As per instruction given by Customer Care I recharged it again of Rs 150(As I didn’t recharge it for a long time).But after recharge also, my number was barred. I also contacted to customer care, they told me ,’’my number is unbarred after recharge’’. But here it was not. Then I wrote an Email to “care.delhi@aircel.co.in”. Initially they were also telling (till 6th Nov.) that my number is unblocked. And On 6th Nov they told me that my number is permanently blocked on 2nd Nov. and cann’t be reissued. I have attached conversation with this complain. Sir , If my number was permanently blocked on 2nd Nov. itself then why was I instructed to recharge again of Rs 150.Not Only this why was they saying till 6th Nov. my number was activated. I was able to see network signal on my number till 5th Nov. And also I was able to see my balance etc. My Alternate number: 9818905xxx

At least I want to recover my balance on my other number.
