My delhi aircel no. is +918285943756. On 24 jan 2014 I received a call from +911409430223. A man spoke, he told me his name was Pankaj and told about an sms plan and before I could reply anything he disconnected the call and the service was activated. I am having recording of this particular call in my mobile and I will now take this matter to consumer forum and consumer court for further concern. Kindly show your suitable action in this regard.

RS 65 has been deducted from my aircel account i have recharged with internet pack istead of that balance have been deducted from my account and they are even not responding anything neither refunding my balance on 7278963619 pls help me
