I live in Ghaziabad region and i’m facing drastic network problem. Worst network experience and customer care people don’t know know how to treat their callers. Rude and irresponsible. And waiting time for customer care is too long that customers get irritated.

There is a signal problem in our office since last 10 days. We have complained regarding the same to our service provider but nobody is responding till date. we have 50 users and we are using the Aircel service since last 5 years. There is an adopter problem. Nobody is attending the problem since last 10 days after several reminders. Pl. look into the matter seriously and arrange to solve the problem at the earliest.
