I face network problem the internet is not working properly! Whatsapp images are not loading!!! The sign of internet E↓↑ is often disappearing!

Aircel is offering 30ps/min local calls on recharge with rc 5 and now when i recharged for it. It is cutting 1 rupee /min. Its not the first time that it has happened. I request you to take a strong action.
