This is a Concern about Cheating to a innocent Consumer.. I Have Received a call from Aircel Automated Message Call.. Once i Received A call Immediately MY NEWS Service is activated Which i have not requested for the service. After that i was trying to call to customer care atleast 30times for about 2 days But it was continuously buzy. fortunately i am able to speak to executive. 1st Executive said amount will be Refunded within 24 hours in my Number. 2nd executive said amout will be Refunded in 4 hours. now 48 hours has gone now the 3rd Executive is telling Amout will not Refund. MY Complaint Number is 1-14352553091

I Want Rs. 15/- should get back to my Aircel Number which they are denying to Refund Now. If you do the needful.. Highly Appreciable for this Concern . Regards MIR BASHEER ALI
