Aircel – Not getting proper 3g signal

I am postpaid mobile user of aircel and i have ported my number from Vodafone to Aircel because of Aircel 3g network From last two months I am not getting proper 3g signal and I have registered almost 7 complaints from last 2 months in this regard, From servicer provider end they have resolved my problem but actauly problen is not resolved yet. Everytime i call customer care they said that problem will be solve i 2 days. Cuatomer care have given me a service manager number named Sanjeev Talwar mob no 9858199010 who is involved in addresal of customer complaints. I Called him 3-4 times and his reprensentatives assured me that they will resolve my problem but still problen is as it is Last complaint i have register on 21 sep 2014 and it was about to resolve by today 23 sep 2014 Text recieved from aircel “”Dear Customer, we acknowledge your concern and the reference number is 1-16889014771. We shall revert to you by 23/9/2014.Manage your account online at aircel.com “” I am paying my dues on time but still not geting proper service For more details abt complaibts Aircel have complete history Please look into matter and resolved my problem as I am paying for nothing.
